Meet FRANK.

FRANK was founded by Dina Marquardt in 2025. It was born from years of experience working with brands and communities across research, strategy, account management and sponsoring — and from a deep commitment to uncovering and understanding culture in all its complexity.

Apolonia joined FRANK later that year, adding valuable recruiting, research and PR expertise. We work with an international network of expert recruiters, researchers and consultants across multiple regions, cultures, and subcultures, delivering unique solutions for our partners.

Together, we create real connection between brands and audiences through precise recruiting across age groups, background and interests, context-specific research methods and brand and strategy packed with nuance.
